Minutes
The records of a Lodge are called its Minutes. The Minutes of the proceedings of the Lodge are often read just before closing, that any alterations or amendments may be proposed by the Brethren; and again immediately after opening at the next regular Communication, that they may be confirmed. But the Minutes of a Regular Communication are not to be read at an emergent meeting, because only the business for which the meeting is called can be transacted at an emergent meeting.
